This is a special structure which gives you a free Zombie Pigman and sets the time to Midnight and locks it there for the next 10 turns.
In every pack and booster pack it appears in, it is rare, because it will become overpowered when it is common or uncommon (people can try to abuse it) or if it is very rare, it becomes underpowered (up) because it is not too powerful.
